Back problems

So some of you know ive been having trouble off and on with my back for about a year.i had a really bad episode with it a few weeks back that put me in the E.R. and ended up having an MRI. We just got the results back and apparently i have a herniated L-5 disc thats displacing my S1 nerve...thats bad. so i dont know much yet but i have a doctors appointment on Feb.11th to see an orthopedic doctor so ill know how to proceed with P.T. or injections if need be.so please pray for me so we can get this taken care of.hopefully its not too bad yet,ill know more next week.
