anyways...my new goal is to keep up with my housekeeping better than i have been...i tend to be a little messy,but i have managed to keep my house spic n' span every since josh got home from his sheep hunt,and its been so nice.i think keeping up with it day by day is alot easier than only once a week,cuz then it takes half the day to clean.plus,even though he never really complains about it,i know my husbabnd is so much happier when the house is neat all the time,and its so worth it to know that(:


also i want to give a big shout out to my little blonde sister in law...because its the 29th of august.

Week 15: Skin begins to form

Your baby at week 15 (13 weeks after conception)
Your baby's skin starts out nearly transparent. Eyebrows and scalp hair may make an appearance. For babies destined to have dark hair, the hair follicles will begin producing pigment.
The bone and marrow that make up your baby's skeletal system are continuing to develop this week. Your baby's eyes and ears now have a baby-like appearance, and the ears have almost reached their final position.

Face: Thanks to brain impulses, your baby's facial muscles are getting a workout as it squints, frowns, and grimaces.
Arm: Your baby's arms have lengthened; by the end of this week, they'll be in proportion with the rest of it's body.
Lanugo: Your baby is starting to develop an ultra-fine downy covering of hair all over the body; this is called lanugo.
Uterus: The top of your uterus has risen above your pelvic bone and may be pushing out your tummy a bit.

Week 14: Hormones gear up
The effect of hormones becomes apparent this week. For boys, the prostate gland is developing. For girls, the ovaries move from the abdomen into the pelvis.
Meconium — which will become your baby's first bowel movement after birth — is made in your baby's intestinal tract. By the end of the week, the roof of your baby's mouth will be completely formed.

WEEK 12-GOING INTO THE 2ND TRIMESTER

OK...SO I JUST FINISHED UP MY FIRST TRIMESTER,AND THE TIME SEEMS TO BE FLYING BY...IM GONNA BE HOLDING MY BABY BEFORE I KNOW IT!!!(:

Week 13: Baby flexes and kicks
You can't feel it yet, but your baby can move in a jerky fashion — flexing the arms and kicking the legs. This week, your baby might even be able to put a thumb in his or her mouth.
Your baby's eyelids are fused together to protect his or her developing eyes. Tissue that will become bone is developing around your baby's head and within the arms and legs. Tiny ribs may soon appear.

Doc visit

yesterday morning josh and i went to our second baby doctor appointment...all of my labs came back negative for any weird problems or diseases,so far as they could tell,so that was a blessing...
my midwife thinks that me and the baby are as healthy as can be,and we got to hear for the first time one very fast little heartbeat,that wasnt mine!(: it was very cool...josh eyes got huge when he heard it,i wish id had a camera to capture the look on his face,it was priceless(:

thursday night heidi and i took jonny and davy to the fair and had such a blast...we ate,rode rides,ate more,played games,ate more,and shopped,and listened to a choir,and ate more!!! and looked at animals,and petted them,and even rode a few!!!all in all,it was awesome!(:

we got very dizzy on this ride...those little apples spin really fast!!!
jonny won a panda on the rings toss and davy won the two-liter of root beer...i was very impressed cuz me and heidi didnt win anything!(: little stinkers!!!

jonny and heidi were the brave ones who rode on the roller coaster...me and davy just watched(:

this was at the top of the ferris wheel...i was very scared but davy helped me be brave(:

the were scared of the pigs for whatever reason...this was as close as theyd get...after much persuasion
the elephant rides was hard to get pictures of because it was going so fast!!!
