Not sure what to write about...just figured it was time to update...(:

Lets see...so far its been a wonderful year.The Lord is answering prayers and blessing in our family so greatly i just havent been able to stop smiling all week!!!

We started a new budget plan at the beginning of January,and its just so exciting!!!its only been a few weeks and we are already seeing alot of benefits!!!and its just fun!who knew budgeting money could be fun!(: well,maybe its just me and josh that are making it fun,but we'll take it(:

Josh and I have started making alot of changes this year,in ALL areas of our lives,in our family life,our spiritual lives,our health lives,our financial lives,and it just feels good!we are simplifying in alot of areas,and re-evaluating alot of our standards,and values.

Josh's parents were here for the week and we had a really nice visit with them.they stayed with us,and its always nice to see them and for them to see how much Mac has changed.seems like she learns something new everytime we see them.This time she started walking!its so adorable,becasue shes so tiny(abt 16 and a half lbs)she just looks waaaayyyy to small to be walking on her own.its so cute.But she is 11 months old as of yesterday!

Speaking of which,she has a birthday coming up next month!!!yay!!!I cant believe my baby girl is already turning one!The year has just flown by,and she is just as smart as a whip!she can say mama,dada,hi,and nana!she can wave bye bye,clap and say yay!!!!!and now she can walk!!!She got an early birthday present today,the newest member of the family,"Floppy".He's a mini lop-eared bunny, and just as sweet as can be.she loves him already and isnt scared to pet him at all...and he LOVES to be held and petted.Hes very mellow,and has a great personality.ill try to post some pictures of him soon with her(:

Josh and I have our third anniversary coming up in April,and are hoping to be able to go to Hawaii.We may have to wait till May-ish,but thats A-ok!!!Thats what we really wanted to do for our honeymoon,but itll probably mean just that much more now(: I think we need it more now than we did back then anywayz.People dont really have a clue what love is until theyve lived through a few things together,and boy have we!(: God has been so good to us,and seen us through,and our marriage is growing sweeter everyday.I love my dear husband more than i ca express with words,and feel so blessed and priviledged to be his helpmeet(sustainer of life)

So!!!We arent planning yet,but are definetly thinking and praying about number two!our daughter has brought us so much joy this past year that we cant help but want another one...so pray for us about Gods will and timing in this matter,,,

We just found out that Josh got an award for his outstanding work at the police department,andwas awarded a special extra paid day off because of it!isnt that neat!im soooo very proud!He is excelling as a police officer,and is becoming such an assett to our community.

He absolutely LOVES his job,and it makes me happy that he enjoys his work so much.He's always ready for his days off when they roll around though,and they never seem to last too long with all the court dates and forced overtime thrown in between.But we try to make the most of them,and enjoy every minute he's at home!

Phil and Jenn will be taking some time off to go to Hawaii themselves in febuary,and the boys will be staying with us half the time,and grammie half the time.so im sure that will be interesting...and fun(: we have a few outings planned,like the library,and maybe a hockey game,and who knows what else we'll do?Mckinley will have a ball,im sure,she adores all of her cousins.

Well,i guess thats about it for now,hope i didnt bore anyone to death.if i did its your own fault for reading it to the end(: harharhar

i tried to get some different angles...its not easy when your trying to take the pic of yourself... anyways...i just got the urge to do something different,and i wanted to get rid of all the old color and start fresh,so i went in the bathroom and got out my scissors and went to town(: i think i like it and its super easy!!!(:

lots of short layers...its hard to see all the layers cuz my hair is so shiny...but my bangs are the longest part(:

New Year Resolutions

1.Be faithful to my Bible reading EVERYDAY
2.Lose my last 18 pounds.(so far ive lost about 30)
3.Learn how to sew better
4.Try my hardest to keep an upbeat attitude,and be more thankful for the good things in my life,rather than dwelling on past hurts and wrongs
5.Make some new freinds
6.Spend more time loving,and less time hating
7.I pray that the Lord will strengthen my convictions and love for Him this year,and that i can be a better witness for Him throughout this new year...not only to the lost,but also to my own family and freinds.
8.Get rid of people and baggage in my life that are a negative influence to me and my family
9.Drink more water than i did last year!(: hahaha (i drank alot last year,but i think i can do better)
10.Be a better freind
11.Be a better Wife and Helpmeet
12.Be a better Mom
13.Go to Hawiaii with my Loverly
14.Save lots of money on our new budget!!! (: lol
15.Read more and watch less tv
16.Catch up on my scrapbooking...im so behind!!!i dont even have my wedding album done!!!or my baby book!!!i havnt even gotten pictures developed from the past three years!!!holy moly!
17.Decorate my house...there arent any pictures on my walls,and weve been here since august!!!

the guys had to re-package the fish in a box because the attendant said the styrofoam cooler wouldnt make it...

i bought josh a couple of fancy remote control helicopter for christmas,something he's been wanting for awhile,so this is pretty much what he did all day christmas eve after opening them(:
his exact words were..."best christmas ever!" what a dork...mckinley is scared of anything that whirrs...ie.,vaccuums,blow dryers,rc helicopters...so she was hanging onto her daddies arm and whining and crying at the helicopters very nervously,but wouldnt leave....it was really cute
