Your pregnancy: 23 weeks | BabyCenter

Your pregnancy: 23 weeks BabyCenter: "How your baby's growing:
Turn on the radio and sway to the music. With her sense of movement well developed by now, your baby can feel you dance. And now that she's more than 11 inches long and weighs just over a pound (about as much as a large mango), you may be able to see her squirm underneath your clothes. Blood vessels in her lungs are developing to prepare for breathing, and the sounds that your baby's increasingly keen ears pick up are preparing her for entry into the outside world. Loud noises that become familiar now — such as your dog barking or the roar of the vacuum cleaner — probably won't faze her when she hears them outside the womb."

You are almost as far along as Ashley was when Aliya was born! It's amazing what strong babies they can be! Praise the Lord!!!!!

ya thats crazy...i am looking forward to getting past the next few weeks...it always brings a sense of relief to know your baby is old enough to survive if for some crazy reason she comes early!i think the stats over just the next 4 weeks go from a 30% chance of survival to like 90%....in just 4 weeks!!!once you hit like 28 weeks, your pretty much home free, not that youd WANT to have one that early, but it eases the mind to know they can survive
