19 wks and three days

Tomorrow is the big ultrasnd ...they wanted me to wait another week or two but i totally played the "mother-in-law is in town" card...so they scheduled it for this week so Anita could join us(: Which is totally special...i love my in-laws...they were actually in town staying with us when McKinley was born,and that was really special to us.I'm pretty sure i wont get that lucky again,but one can hope!

anyways...tomorrow we will officially know if we are having a boy or girl so stay tuned...(:

MONDAY

ALL I HAVE THE ENERGY TO POST TODAY IS THIS CUTE LITTLE PICTURE IVE BEEN SAVING FOR A RAINY DAY...I FOUND IT ON THE NET AND FELL IN LOVE WITH IT(:
IT MAKES ME SMILE EVERYTIME I SEE IT.I KNOW,I KNOW,IM OBSESSED.WHATEVER

I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET A COLD ALL WEEKEND,AND LAST NIGHT IT TOOK A TURN FOR THE WORSE AND TURNED INTO THE FLU.IM ACHING ALL OVER,AND CAN BARELY MOVE.MY HEAD IS EXPLODING WITH SINUS PRESSURE,AND MY NOSE IS RUNNING OFF MY FACE.THIS HAS BEEN A TERRIBLE SEASON FOR SICKNESS.I'M PRETTY SURE THIS IS THE 4TH OR 5TH TIME IVE BEEN TERREBLY SICK THIS YEAR.IT STINKS.

MY LITTLE FAMILY HAS BEEN A LITTLE UNDER THE WEATHER AS WELL,BUT THANKFULLY ARENT AS BAD OFF AS ME...YET...HOPEFULLY THEY WONT GET THIS BAD

WHEN I GOT BEK'S BOX ON FRIDAY,I OPENED MY PRESENT IMMEDIATLY OF COURSE,AND FIGURED JONNY WOULD WANT TO DO THE SAME...SO I STUCK THEM IN A GIFT BAG AND RAN THEM OVER THERE...

WHEN I TOLD HIM THE GIFT BAG WAS FROM AUNTIE BEK, HIS RESPONSE WAS "BEK IS THE BEST!" WITH HUGE WIDE EYES(:

Birthday Breakfast

My best girl Tori got me a babysitter this morning and took me out to breakfast for my birthday at Sourdough Sam's. Josh had to work last night so it made for a really special day for me!(: Im so blessed to have such a sweet friend.She always lifts me up!

I'm having the best birthday ever!(: first my best girl tori texted me and told me she got a sitter for me tomorrow morning and she's talking me out for a birthday breakfast(pics to come)

Then my little bro called me(he's army and stationed in Hawaii)and we talked for like an hour...i love when he calls...our favorite subject is running,we like to compare war stories(:

Then when i hung up the phone the fed ex guy showed up in our driveway and brought me birthday packages from two different sister!!!woo-hoo!!!of course i couldnt wait to open them...

what did the bek-meister send me?

(the only unfortunate part was that i have to share the contents with jonny, my nephew whos birthday was yesterday,and im pretty sure i dont wanna give up the giant bag of chocolate that was in his half of the box)!)

I got this awesome belly book to document my pregnancy,which will be SUPER fun...totally my kinda thing...

oh darn! now i have to take belly pics EVERY WEEK instead of every month...harharhar...yes!

not sure why she sent me a "pretty pups" coloring book,cuz i really wouldve prefered a barbie book.

just sayin...(probly just give this to mckinley,hope she doesnt mind)

my favorite part was the card...you'll just have to read it to see why...Bek,you'll always be my precious...my life goal is to someday buy the house next door to her so we can be neighbors till we die.

now these are from my OTHER package...my little sis called me up the other day and told me to get on the old navy website and pick out a couple of new maternity tops that i wanted and heres they are!i am so spoiled... but im pretty much ok with that!thanx Heidi!!!!So sweet...ill model them for you later when i take my belly pics!(:

Happy 4th Anniversary Lamberts!

Last night the husband took the night off of work to take the wife out for our 4th anniversary...I had a list of places that we 'COULD' go ...Hilltop won out,

and although its not fancy,we hadnt been there in a long time,and it was one of our favorites while we were dating.So it has sentimental value,but more importantly REALLY GOOD CHEESEBURGERS!(:

i even remebered to take a picture or the yumminess BEFORE i desicrated it...can you just smell it?It was just as good as we imagined and remembered it would be...

after we stuffed after we ourselves with the tastiest burgers of all time,and i entertained my husband with some hilarious stories and antics because we were all hyped up on soda,(we rarey drink soda)we hit the pie cabinet and split a peice of fatman's pie....oh man it was so good....it has a walnut and shortbread crust and cream cheese chocolate filling,with choco chips on top the whipped cream...heaven!!!

we were gonna go do some night bowling afterwards,but since we got done eating at 8,and the open bowling didnt start till 9,we opted out....instead,we wandered around sportasman and dreamt of all the camping equitment on our wishlist for this summer,and then spent some time browsing barns and noble the rest the evening....it might not soudn that exciting,but it actually was since we didnt have a 2 year old in tow.(Thanks to our lovely babysitter,Kluane)

All in all,it was a great night.We had fun being silly,and spending some quality time together,and not being at a fancy restraunt totally took all the pressure off,so it was perfect(:
